Question by interdependent globalized world: Where is the Congo or Democratic Republic of the Congo actually located, are they 2 different places?

One is called Congo Brazzaville and the other is Democratic Republic of Congo or DRC
They are neighbouring countries located in sub Saharan Africa between Gabon and Angola on the West Coast.
