To see Iran, just once in my life.To tread the same ground as did Cyrus the Great and to see with my own eyes Naqš-i Rustam, the great monument to Shapur made after he defeated the Romans.Hopefully one day.

i think Sean Penn said it best about Iran being a GREAT Country, separating it from its bad government, and talking about it’s beautiful culture and people.

    Magnificant!!!
    It’s very beatifull clip…very peacefull…anyway it’s look like eastern paradise…

  6. Shahin2102 says:

so many references to arabs… don’t let the turbands and such fool you. Real Iranians dress and behave like normal civilized people, not like arabs.

Iran was like an european country untill so called “islamic revolution” at late 70′s which led by Molla Humeyni. If you see the pictures of Iran at 50′s, 60′s and 70′s you can’t believe your your eyes and think probably this was Sweden or something. Actually Iran has a huge potential, more than 80 million population and has plenty of oil and natural gas resources. Very rich country and quality human resources together. But the regime is inhuman.

@crazy4jesus63 lady ( i hope !), every country has got its own rules and traditions, just as I respect your country if I ever visit it, others must live up to their obligations as well. and by the way hijab is not a big bother, since u r a decent person and its not several layers !!

  12. MsWtfisgoingon says:

@timftwlol uhh, take my word for it mate, its way more safer than US or Britain, if those are what you are comparing it to.

@timftwlol Iran is very safe! I went last year and we had no problems. It is not recommended to go to the eastern part of the country, so we didn’t. We spent 2 weeks touring Tehran, Hamadan, Kermanshah, Ahwaz, Yazd, Persepolis, Shiraz, and Isfahan. The people are wonderful and very welcoming, the sights are amazing, and the food is great. What a wonderfully diverse country with a rich and deep history. Don’t be fooled by the media. Caravan-Serai Tours offers tours there twice a year.

  23. ipi5hl says:

@crazy4jesus63 You only have to wear a Chador in religious buildings. You always have to cover your hair and your body shape but this doesn’t mean several layers of clothing.
